Sports injuries encompass any injuries that occur during an athletic activity. These injuries are diverse and plentiful, however, some of the more common ones include:

- Sudden and severe pain
- Swelling
- Inability to place weight on the leg, knee, ankle, or foot
- Tenderness in the arm, elbow, wrist, hand, or fingers
- Extreme weakness in the arms or legs
- A bone or joint that is visually out of place
Symptoms of chronic injuries include:
- Pain when you participate in athletics

- A dull ache even when resting
- Obvious swelling
When coming in for treatment, our physical therapists will first assess your injury and its severity. From there, we will create a timeline of your treatment plan. Some injuries may require surgery in addition to physical therapy.
